I have been very patient & polite in spite of my frustration. When I arrived at the dealership the salesman I was talking with that morning was gone. Fair enough, but then rather than help or solve the issue they told him he was on his own and there was nothing they were going to do for me and my wife as far as using a car to get to work the next day. I entered Lasco Ford into a showroom of customers all buying vehicles which I think is just amazing for our current economy (I am an auto worker, I know!) I went in for my appointment to test drive a vehicle and quickly found out it was the latter. Lasco Ford of Fenton is a family owned and operated business, and has been for 30 years. Ended up being a waste of my time. After he looked at it he said he doesn't recommend driving the truck because it is unsafe. To top it off the there is a problem with the breaks on this truck year and model when you hit the breaks 2 or 3 times they get extremely stiff to the point you have to stand on them to stop.
