My job was very enjoyable and I would go back if my position were still available. Overall rating. Being they just divested from NRG, so there are some challenges and growth with that.
The only con that comes to mind is that the days can be slow when a project is winding down and there are not many workers on site.

There are business lunch perks and once they even took us to a luau. lot of interaction with contractors, many environmental concerns and task due to sensitive resources onsite.Company gives opportunity to expand to learn new things at work.
Being owned by private equity, there is often the sense that the company will soon be sold off again.Collaborative leaders and open to change. This is a place to learn and grow.New company that aspires to do much, but often struggles with lack of leadership and experience, and had difficulty getting off the launch pad.
New employee are expected to be up and running in a month and they are not given time to train just throw in the deep end. VERY STRESSFUL!! Sadly though, they're plagued overall by many major issues. They don’t have a grasp of what is happening at the field.
