The ER & ICU staffs are terrible, terrible, terrible. Best diet i ever had must of lost 20 lbs while i was there. This hospital told me i had to stay on the second floor and i was not allowed to go get fresh air. They treated my friend with stage 4 cancer and every patient with such care and grace.

Overheard the nurses being told to rewrite their notes to cover it up. Almost all non American doctors have heavy accents that it's so bad to understand a word they are saying (SPECIALLY DR. Still a piece of shit hospital.. better.off dead as they will try and bankrupt you before they help you.Learned a valuable lesson... 1.Don't fall into deceptive billing tactics and over charging.I grew up in San Leandro the majority of my life and never ever in my life ever been to a hospital i as bad as San Leandro hospital this hospital by far has the top worst ratings I've ever seen they don't care about their people they don't care about anybody but themselves they don't even care about themselves.
Number of acute-care beds: 115. At one point we were told there were 3 people ahead of her and when we asked again later there were 4-6 people ahead of her. The wait time was minimal I was in and out within one hour. Thank you San Leandro hospital staff for making my very painful visit easier.After suffering a stroke on April 6, I have been transported to this outstanding hospital. I hope Kaiser does that for them. My mother was so satisfied and happy when she left the store.

They are professional and knowledgableI spent a lot of time researching oxygen concentrators when I realized that I would spend the rest of my life needing one. Ps. Please note our privacy policy has changed. WTF kind of a shitshow Hospital (don't really think it should be called one) is this. No sequential stockings for circulation. I found the hospital to be clean and organized and they were really taking good care under covid-19 protocols. I won't go into detail but just know I've had many life experiences where I had to rush to the hospital and only because San Leandro Hospital was the closest at time is the reason why I went there.

I'm so sorry that I took my husband their and now while he is fighting for his life he also has to deal with the inappropriate, and inconsiderate staff . No help with bathing will be done. It is terrible, terrible, terrible.This hospital emergency room is not the place to go for good treatment, they will try to bill you several times for one visit and for days you weren't even at the facility. I advise anyone never to go there.

OMG!!! The nurses, Kristin Sabrina, and charge nurse Charles were simply one of a kind. The care, or lack there of, given to my girlfriend, who was brought in by ambulance, was shocking! They really cared about our needs. Nursing Magnet Status: No. She choked on a nacho which apparently tore her esophagus leading to internal bleeding which can in fact kill you.
