Check service status Get updates on issues & maintenance. @AndreasK I was chatting with support chat more than 2 days ago and the live agent put me on idle. i need assistance as i cannot get in touch with revolut stuff at the moment.I got messages because of an urgent transfer but i cannot message back. This number is only used for receiving calls and Revolut customer support never makes outgoing phone calls from this number. Twitter was quicker… and so was facebook messenger. Whats going on?
I received some money today, withdrawed some cash and they locked my account. Still waiting for a person. I’ve tried facebook and twitter also and can’t get any response. Contact @AndreasK. Best person to contact is Andreas K via Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Chat won’t help as they have disabled my account!! Now I cannot contact chat support any longer. So, cannot contact revolut via the phone and can’t get an agent on chat.

Also facebook message works much better than in-app chat.
