If your child has a passion for math and science, wants to excel in these subjects and attend college in pursuit of a degree in a STEM field, please speak with your child’s guidance counselor or math/science teacher to find out if the school currently has a MESA program and if s/he is eligible to participate. Together with state financial support, these school districts partner with MESA to provide financial and logistical support to make MESA possible. Employees gain multiple perspectives on common work related issues and obstacles while enhancing their own career development, specifically in coaching, leadership and recruiting skills. Mentor pairs meet monthly to discuss student areas of study and interest as well as non-academic topics that will prepare students as they launch their careers.The program provides students an insider’s look into careers in technology and the workplace culture of the host company.
