I’ve done some preliminary tests and the arms allow me to fail with little risk or injury. I was able to install it alone. I intended to use this as a stop gap before ordering a yoke, but may just keep my system as it is until I get much stronger. Spotter Arms . Was easier than I expected and was impressed on how each individual verticals bar was adjustable if your floor in not leveled. Easy to install and use.
