The plate posts held the weight well, the band pegs gripped the bands, and the pin/pipe safeties will save you from dying.That said, the pin/pipe safeties on the T-3 are less "heavy-duty" just as most of the rack is when compared to Rogue's R-3. I received mine from Titan in 6 days...and that was over New Years!

This is a great folding rack for a garage gym (or anyone who is trying to save space in their gym). This means it's more portable and easier to adjust depending on your foundation than the R-3. And that's not Titan Fitness' goal. We put them against each other to see which is the best value. It only another second to unfold it and push it back out again to be used. I just finished installing the Titan rack and I am nothing but impressed.
