Tanger Outlets tend to just repeat themselves over and over. Customer Appreciation Sale is in July, but found great sale this time, too. My husband is a fan of the Puma Outlet and has lots of cool shoes to prove it. I spent time at the Eagles Pro Shop, Casual Male XL & Gold Toe. We went July fourth and the stores had sales sales sales. In a minibus, enjoy a scenic ride through the Amish countryside, complete with photo ops. Be prepared to spend a lot of time seeking out your bargains and like any other outlet it requires a wise shopper to find the real bargains. Helpful, friendly staff.Always able to find something that I must have. This was my first time to Rockvale, so many stores...you need a car to go from one section to the other unless you are a great walking type person. I don't know where Peter H was shopping.
