I got it in today, plugged it up, and it is also glitching. The only couple of flaws I could find were the speakers and the edges of the screen being a little discolored. The monitor didn't work right out of the box. It is doing the exact same thing. I tried updating drivers, going through all the settings both for the monitor and my video card, everything. Finally I noticed that, in the adapter properties, the refresh rate was set to 60 hertz instead of 75. It was flickering in the bottom left corner.
