I dog sat for a few days and one of the front office girls called me and asked if we had a dog. At Parcwood Apartment Homes you will notice the difference the instant you step through the door.
I lived in Parcwood for about 3 years before moving out of state Parcwood management company was nice owners were flexible so if I find their page I will be glad to leave them a 5 STAR REVIEW.
Just a heads up for future residents the promises they may tell you before you move in may not be kept.

Apartments grounds are covered in cob webs. One time I wasnt available for a few days and maintence offered to go feed and check on my cat.
We strive to give 5 star services in every situation, but we have fallen short and we apologize. Thank you for choosing us for two years running! Regardless of your choice between a studio, one, two or three bedroom floor plan, each home features open plan living between the kitchen, dining, and living area. You didn't care when we lived there, you didn't care when we moved out, so don't pretend like you care now. Impossible to get help from an assistant manager.

On top of that I moved in and was told there was a washer dryer in the apartment. If Parcwood was still owned by Western National I would have definitely left a higher review as they seemed to actually care about their tenants, the grounds had been taken care of, and maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. We plan on staying for a long time, just would like to be treated a little better. Apartment rent in Corona has decreased by -11.0% in the past year. Please give the residents some updates on everything. Any time we've asked for updates we have been treated rudely. We hope to one day better your opinion of Parcwood Apartments. I have issues finding parking during the week sometimes which is very upsetting. They will leave "FINAL" warnings on vehicles that are current on registration. - Parcwood Apartments Team"My 5 stars are for Marie in the Temecula, CA office. The apartment complex itself is nice, maintenance guys are great. We're so happy you're loving your home here at Parcwood.
