Job completed in about 3 hours. They had shipped them very fast and all of the parts had came in on time. The bushings for the "C" pillar didnt fit well. The factory rubber mounts had rotted away -- bought this kit with hardware because it was the polyurethane material. This is my daily commuter. You might recognize Daystar from its custom lift kits and suspension … They are polyurethane, not EVS foam as some sites suggest.These spacers fitted perfectly and did a great job giving my sorento an 80mm lift. Thank you!The product was as advertised. Had to compress my coil springs some to facilitate installation, but no problems.The Spacers were easy to install with a great fit. Editors Note: The grease is made in the US. 1 1/2 hours to install on the driveway with a floor jack and safety stands. Its embarrassing. Hardware for Toyota trucks should be metric.
It would be nice if it came with the bolts that hold the cab spacers in place it does not.
Seems to be of good quality and the instructions were thorough. Had the truck back to the shop several times and they greased it but that didnt help either. You will not need to purchase anything else to align it.
Love the grease nipples on the shackles.Perfect for a '85 4runner with a four to five inch rear lift.The installation instructions were clear and the installation was easy, the tough part is getting the original bushing out.The truck now vibrates too much. I had to drive them off of the old bushings with an Air Hammer and then cut the holes to 1 inch diameter with a hole saw in order for them to fit over the Daystar Sleeve. the rocker molding attached to the cab will rise and hit the bed in front of the rear tire when the cab is lifted. Now the left rear is rattling. It is the reason I love my truck again. Ford has a bit more leverage than me. I installed overload springs on the rear as I haul heavy loads often.
Near to the 4" clearance I needed to pass compliance.
At the dealership they wanted 800 dollars for the four support bushings that go on the back.

Also I have installed a performance motor mount(big difference), and better plugs. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, DO NOT BUY THESE!
My only issue would be that Instructions were only provided for the front, but I was able to find a "go by" online for the rear. My mechanic at first refused to install the kit, insisting that the bushings would not work.

The ones you cut can be easily made.Got these as a cheaper alternative to bump out the rear end of my tacoma so my shiney new kings wouldn't eat themselves. The spacers for the bed have nothing holding them in place so they can and do fall out. accessories that cost very little, and makes life a little easier. Thanks Daystar. Got wrong keys but able to adjust stock keys so able to level anyway..This kit fit perfect and gave the truck a great look without getting the front end too highI paired the kit with Bilstein 5100’s struts set at .75” Up front and Monroe load leveler shocks in the rear.
My 2001 Ford Explorer Sports body bushings had dried out and crumbled away, making the suspension hazardous, especially on sharp turns. Dont let the instructions intimidate you, burning the old bushings out is really easy.Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. Anyway I am happy with the way it turned out.Provided exactly 1" lift for 1996 C1500, leveled front to rear about 1/2 of total dip. Parts received in a timely manner, instructions and body bushings matched up making installation a breeze.Very easy to install in one afternoon with a strut compressor. Thanks they worked out great.
