You bring Kahli because you know her S2 will one shot whoever the enemy has,and she buffs your 2nd nuker.Daphnis is more for RTA since his base stats allow him to actually survive whereas Kahli can't really be used there since most anything can one shot her.I just tested, my Khali did 39K damage with Atk Buff on my Will Diana (45k HP)Swaped the runes to Daphnis, and he one shot Diana with Atk Buff.
